Very well located, This house is a little gem a 10 minutes walk from malls and conviniece stores and easy for transportaion. The living room have A/C and are clean and bedroom. This house is modern and the service friendly. The view very nice and safe because security in this area strict . Despite its small size, this house delivers big on all fronts. The place is uniquely peaceful. Clean and organized. Good for relaxation. Outdoor activities are available. Supposed to go on an atv trip but it was cloudy and I’m not able to shoot the Mt Mayon so need to cancel the atv. Just mindful of the weather.
