She does everything to give you the best holiday experience. There was a little problem with our room which she solved immediately. The breakfast is very good: fresh products and a lot of choice. The arrival at Casa das Flores was fabulous. We had an excellent welcome by the host Narcissa. The house is beautiful and very clean. The room are very spacious. The pool is big with all the swimming equipments even for babies. Narcissa made us very confortable because all the equipments are there. She thoughts about every single details (hair dryers in the 3 bathrooms for example). We feel like we are at home. Furthermore there is lots of toys and a little game park for kids. A huge thanks for this wonderful stay to Narcissa and her family !!! Hopefully we will come back soon…
