Everything was perfect. Nice and clean with everything you need. Maybe for longer stays you’ll feel the lack of a washing machine, but for our 5 nights stay we didn’t need it. The fact that there was coffee was just the cherry on top. The host was replying really fast to our messages. Fast as in instant.

The view is exceptional, just as shown in the key image. One has to enjoy the sound of breaking waves if you want to open the windows when the surf is up! The sea is that close. Modern, well-designed and well-equipped. Comfortable bed.

One of the best places we stayed during our holiday in Madeira. The apparent is spacious enough, tidy, comfortable and well equipped, we really didn't miss anything. Only perhaps the terrace might have some shade - it's hardly possible to have breakfast there because of the morning sun. The view from the apartment to the ocean and steep rocks is stunning, I hardly imagine that you could have better view in Madeira. Public pool (free to use) with a small pool for children is just across the street, so it's a great spot for swimming and sunbathing, and also has a restaurant. The village is also very calm and nice, has a few places to eat, the best of which is just a block up the hill. The location is great for exploring the island by car. We really enjoyed our stay here and would surely recommend it.

Location is convenient, close to the supermarket with excellent choice of local fruit and other products (always fresh and excellent bread!); a variety of exciting scenic paths start next to the property. Apartment is comfortable with excellent see view; all sort of appliances and small kitchen make you feel at home. Internet is reliable; also connected to the TV set. Hosts are friendly and easy to contact if needed. Community swimming pool with sea water is an excellent bonus to all visitors of Ponta Delgada. Looking forward to staying there again.
