There's nothing here to not like! If you don't like it, it's because you should not be here at first place! This is for relaxing, for silence.... even the heating system make no noise! The inside is just out of this world. And Tânia is just there to get the things done.

Special place with lovely host and staff. Such a charming and cozy house with an excellent home cooked meal and breakfast. Bed and sheets were very comfortable and everything was spotless. The visit to the rock drawings and Ana’s explanation was worth coming out to Castelo Rodrigo alone. It was really a special experience. Thank you Ana and team for your hospitality. 100% recommend!

The House is wonderfully decorated. It was just my wife and myself, but there is easily room for 5. The has four beds and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything someone would need to make nearly any meal. The washer also functions as a dryer, which was nice feature. Marco (the owner) is also a local tour guide and we had a wonderful night tour of the Rock Art of Côa. The rock art is much easier to see when it is dark and the light is shown from below. Last but not least, each evening we had a wonderful sheep and goat parade just outside the window.
