The house is a cute Victorian house and carriage house with rooms. We stayed in the Samuel Langhorne Clemons which has 2 beds (we were 2 friends travelling). The beds are comfy and the bathroom is renovated. This is a pet friendly unit and the wear and tear of the carpet shows.

But it was clean, the staff is friendly, it's right on the edge of the Falmouth village, walking distance (15 mins) to a nice beach and reasonably priced given how high Cape Cod prices are this summer.
