We arrived early morning and received free transfer to the hotel. The room was ready for us at 7am. Also we could stay in the room and use the swimming pool until our departure from Siwa without additional fees. We used one trip which was very well organized and with the good price. The Staff was open for each transfer request to the center for free. We never met this amount of kindness in any other hotel. Room was very clean, spacious with comfortable bed, good AC and strong WiFi. Bathroom was clean and cozy. There was beautiful smell in the room. Swimming pool was clean and big enough with nice garden around. Nice breakfast served on the roof with amazing view for the Siwa Oasis.
