We went to Siwa in cafour house a few days back and I must say - it was one of the best trips ever. The people working there are so welcoming, you feel right at home from the first day. Special thanks go to Noor and Abdul for the great hospitality and nice conversations, and of course to Hakam our guide for the whole trip - he made our holiday perfect. It was such a wonderful experience staying in Nalnshal.The owner and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, they really made us feel at home. The hotel is situated in the center of siwa surrounded by the majestic ruins of the old city.We spent many hours gazing the panoramic view from the hotels terrace and enjoyed some of the tastiest Egyptian food prepared by the owners wife. The owner was kind to pick us up from the bus station upon our arrival and also drive us back on our departure. Don't miss the unique safari trip to the desert organised by the hotel owner and also take a swim to the transparent waters of the salt lakes out the outskirts of siwa. Overall it was a great choice for our stay in Siwa and we would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

We had the best family holiday! The apartment was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. The attention to detail was impeccable. The accommodation was super comfortable and fully equipped. Dr Hassan is the kindest host we have ever dealt with. He was very hospitable, helpful and responsive. He made sure we were always comfortable, looked after and entertained and recommended us the most beautiful beaches and activities that took into consideration our two little ones. Dr Hassan assigned us his staff as personal driver and to sort out any issues we may have come across. It was truly a home away from home. The location was fabulous with beautiful clean pools underneath the building that are staffed. We were able to order lots of food straight to the pool side without having to get out the water! Amazing security as the building's gate unlocks with your face! The resort is covered with pools that are free to access, safe for kids. Free access to the aqua park as well and lots of cafes and small super markets to get your essentials. There was also a bouncy castle park near the shop promenade the kids really enjoyed. We are definitely returning! We wish we could have thanked Dr Hassan in person for a truly unforgettable experience
