Personally I never leave reviews on places but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to leave a good review here. Best place I’ve ever stayed, better than any hotel experience ever. Location was amazing we went only a few minutes into Kilmacthomas for food and less than 20 mins to dungarvan the next day! Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and the facilities were top notch! The pods were amazing, spotless, and so comfy. The country spa was so relaxing we caught ourselves almost drifting to sleep in the sauna! Ended the night with a few drinks by the gorgeous fire pits. Couldn’t recommend the place enough and were already planning our next stay! Thank you to Tracy and Padraig!

Catherine offered us a lift to town and which made being slightly outside of town a seamless experience for dining at night. A yummy Irish breakfast is also available to have while looking out at the sea from the conservatory! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Courtyard garden was delightful when we arrived early. Host was very flexible about times and storing bikes. Keyless checkin was so easy and great for a group. Breakfast in the cafe next door was excellent and so handy.

We took a great back road through the forest to arrive to a working farm. The owner was friendly, helpful and great to talk to. Quiet, idyllic and the absolute fabulous breakfast of organic, homemade and local foods beautifully cooked and presented. Comfy bed. Calves baying...we could have stayed all holiday. Pubs close by.

An excellent location in the centre of Dungarvan, close to the main square and sea front. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well furnished. Despite the very central location we were not disturbed by any noise as the bedroom is to the back of the living area. John was very helpful and accommodating.

No 12 B&B is located in Dungarvan and offers a shared lounge and a garden. The accommodation is 38 km from Clonmel, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site.
