I stayed for 3 days with my family as was attending wedding ceremony in pune. we booked 3 rooms. This place is amazing and at situated at quite place. Rooms are clean. The best part are host Mr Bhonde. We wanted to check in early and they accommodated us with no issue. The breakfast is must try. Overall you cannot go wrong with this place if you want quite long term stay at Pune.

My recent visit to the Chaloba Hills Farm stay resort,Ajara for an agro tourism experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived in this picturesque rural destination, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of belonging. The hosts willingness to share their knowledge and culture was heartwarming, and I was treated to delicious homemade meals prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.The breathtaking beauty of the region was a perfect backdrop for a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. I left with a sense of peace, a wealth of new knowledge, and fond memories. I highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for an authentic, off-the-beaten-path experience in India. I can't wait to return for another visit in the future.

We were given the choice of having all meals cooked and served to us or getting our own meals. We opted to stay on the property and have most of our meals prepared for us except for occasionally wondering out - to sight see (Parsi point, Table land, Arthur Seat etc), shop (the Cheese Factory) and eat out (Mapro Garden). What a wonderful experience this stay was. We got to sample fantastic home cooked food, fresh strawberries, and are grateful to all involved in making us so comfortable. The cottage in this rural setting was exactly what we wanted to experience after our stay in Mumbai. Staff are friendly, kind, trustworthy and exceptionally good at their jobs. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Note, there is another holiday home and a small farm house on the same property, but the property is large and the other cottages were not close enough to create any privacy issues. Other guests/residents were courteous, well behaved and we didn't mind not being the only ones there. As you can see, there is space for a crowd and then some. We were encouraged to make as little or as much noise as we liked. We heard that this place allows pets, but some visiting pets may need to have a leash as there were two dogs permanently on the property at the time of our visit.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures and very good to spend some time away from the city’s hustle.

It's a beautiful property with a great and incredible view. The villa is huge, and I mean it's so so spacious. The food that we got was amazing. The host was super nice. It's actually a luxurious and well maintained villa and the private infinity pool was simply wow! A great great experience, and I would recommend everyone to stay here, if they want a mountain view with a lake right in front of you.

The Banyan Tree Adobe là chỗ nghỉ có khu vườn và quầy bar, nằm ở Kolhapur, cách Rankala Lake 6.3 km, Jotiba Temple 21 km và Pháo đài Panhala Fort 26 km. Since the door has automated locks the password to enter the door was already shared well in advance and the host was available over the phone all the time. The entire property is really well kept, maintained, neat and clean. Rooms are big enough to occupy even 2 couples in one room (using extra mattress). Bathrooms are huge, neat, clean and odorfree. All basic things are stored in the house (few thibgs are chargeable and all charges are mentioned with utomost transperancy to avoid issues later). My family loved the property so much that they are now not willing to think of hotels anymore as and when they decide to go to Kolhapur. This property is hardly 2.5 kms away from the Pune Bangalore highway so anyone travelling to Goa and want to take a break overnight, this property is for you. Also its amidst nearby markets still so calm and noisefree. Mahalakshmi temple is around 5 kms from here, have autos available nearby too (approx 200 meters walk). If you want you can cook food here too. I would recommend this property to everyone. Great Job Ayush and team!!!
