Part of a larger house, Frankie & Hugh's is a renovated, self-contained apartment situated in Ohakune, just a 20-minute drive from the Turoa ski field on Mount Ruapehu. Our best accommodation in New Zealand. We got great coffee, fresh tomatoes and thyme straight from Marlene's garden. And speaking of them, Marlene and her husband are great hosts and deserve all the best. Great rooms, cozy living room, full kitchen and a fireplace heater.

Located in Ohakune at the foothills of Mt Ruapehu, Rocky Mountain Chalets Ohakune provides accommodation with free WiFi, mountain views, and access to 2 hot tubs and a sauna. Very close to town. Included washer and dryer and laundry soap. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were late leaving, and the staff were very gracious about our problems.

Ranfurly Cottage is located in the historic township of Raetihi. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a patio and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Ron offering me a whisky after returning from a 54km quad bike ride to the bridge to nowhere. Great weather and company. Cossie Club supplies great meals.

The breakfast was delicious and the Staff was exceptional! Very hospitable we couldn't have asked for more. The mountain view was breathtaking and would definitely recommend to others.

We were very impressed with everything Daniel & River Lodge had to offer. The room was beautiful, had all the facilities we required, great shower, stunning view of the mountain. Breakfast was exceptional, much more than we had expected.
