The design of the rental was beautiful and had a lovely, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The terrace was a definite highlight, providing a great space to relax and soak up the sunshine. Additionally, the location was super convenient and close to everything, including Universal Studios. The host was also incredibly accommodating and made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient and beautifully designed getaway.

New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage está en Chico, en la región de California, y dispone de balcón y vistas a la piscina. I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.

To have a balcony with a stream passing by and a close view of the flowing stream from bedroom window was a high point. Really lovely staff, efficient and caring. Comfortable bed and great room. Fab breakfast with loads of nice choices. 6 minute walk to Nevada City high street. Free off-road parking. Fully recommend. A real 10/10.
