This campsite is set on the river bank, located in the village of Castellane, within a 5-minute drive of the Verdon Gorge. Everything is well decorated and organized. You can buy local products such as fresh eggs and tomatoes. There is a common kitchen area and also a place dedicated for barbecues. There are apple trees all over the place. The pool is awesome.

Residence de Plein Air Panoramique à la Porte des Gorges du Verdon is located in the heart of the Verdon Gorges, just 1 km from Castellane. Just like the pictures, everything was perfect It was not busy and calm. We rented a electric grill and had a bbq on the terrace with the view and it was amazing. If you are driving up from verdon gorge, the driving up is quite hard but from the accommodation to the nearest town isn’t bad and close by. I would definitely recommend and come back for longer stays The cabin was big enough for two but would be quite small for 4 adults
