Absolutely beautiful place to stay ,clean comfy and plenty facilities, beautiful tasty home made scones with jam and cream waiting for us , milk,tea,coffee all there, and towels , wonderful as I forgot mine , I would stay there again as soon as I get the chance 😋

A super space to stay - lovely that there was a little fridge in the room with a vast array of supplies for breakfast - melon, pain au raisin, bread, butter, marmalade and jams, ample cereals, orange juice, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits. Absolutely perfect. Shower room with lovely shower. Jo was the perfect hostess - recommendation for the local pub - The Carpenters Arms was lovely too. If we ever need to stay in Norfolk again this would definitely be on the list. Jo has truly thought of everything.

The whole experience was better than we imagined, so relaxed and comforting all at the same time. Free use of paddle boards (yes I fell in 😂) and rowing boat. With life jackets available. We was also not expecting the badminton net and rackets to be there so that was fun. Towels provided on arrival as well as tea and coffee.
