At One Lodge is a lovely self-catering hotel which is centrally located in Berea, East London. The place is kept clean with a nice fully equipped kitchen, with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery etc. The lodge offers coffee/tea making facilities, coffee and other coffee/tea supplies are replenished daily. It is a beautiful homely place, actually "home away from home". We did not actually cook whilst visiting At One Lodge. However cooking facilities are readily available if you want to do so. We were a family of 5 people, all of us enjoyed our stay at At One Lodge. The host Shan is lovely, welcoming, warm and kind. Our family from Swaziland will not hesitate to put up at this lovely hotel on our next visit to East London. We initially reserved 3 nights with Booking.com, however decided to stay one extra night. Shan attended to our request swiftly, without any hesitation.

I liked the fact that they have oven stove and utilities and the ordering option. Also the sea view ,security was good . It was comfortable the room with Aircon it was nice.

I am very much unhappy with this place. Firstly the staff did not even know we were coming, we had to show them the proof of booking. The room they gave us was small and dirty, the bathroom shower taps were broken and there was no electricity.
