Pick up from the airport Hoedspruit in an open jeep, you see animals few minutes after leaving the airport: great start. We stayed in a very large, modern and comfortable family villa. The rangers and game drives were fantastic: we saw the big 5 from very close and many other animals. Food & drinks were really good, too. Nice pool area. We fully recommend Kapama, it was such a unique and memorable stay!

This property is incredible! The rooms were stunning and so large. I had no idea how amazing the safari rides would be- Justice and Elvis did such an amazing job at making us feel safe and finding/getting up close to the big 5. The service is impeccable- Tinyiko our server was so kind and we felt so cared for. I wasn’t expecting much for the food- due to it being all inclusive- but it was absolutely amazing quality, ingredients and preparation.

All meals, not just breakfast, were delicious! Game drives. It's clear the rangers and trackers have deep experience in doing what they do, tens of years. It's what made our game drives so successful. The waitstaff - always attentive, mixing my drinks the wayni like them every time. The management - i accidentally left half of my wardrobe in my closet when I departed for Hoedspruit Airport, and the manager himself accompanied by one of the tremendous game rangers unexpectedly surprised me at the airport and showed me what i had left behind. I am forever grateful!

Game drives, Never and Mateo's excellent knowledge and personalities. They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge. Tanja your team and yourself have been amazing, big round of applause for all of you! I had a wonderful time with my kids as we were feeling very pampered by you. Mxolisi our guide was very experienced and knew everything, spotted many animals and insects, taught us a lot of things about fauna and flora. The chef was excellent, the food was fantastic : very tasty. During our afternoon game drive, we were fortunate to see a lion hunt from beginning to end and to top it off on the way back to the lodge, we saw a leopard dragging an antelope across the road. Book as much activities with them as they are very professional, careful and most of all very pleasant.

Louis was an amazing host! he treat us very kindly and help us with anything we needed. He was very open with timetables and ready to help us at any time, also prepared breakfast for us in the hotel or to take away to our safari. The rooms were super cozy and very clean. Views were amazing but you don’t need to look to far as we had zebras walking in front of our room and giraffes drinking from the swimming pool. Completely recommend it!
