The hospitality of this couple is impeccable. Attention to detail and a warm welcome was accompanied by beautiful surroundings. Wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely be back. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. We had everything and more that we needed and were spoiled rotten with homemade treats and fresh farm produce. The hot tub is the perfect end to either a warm or cold day.

Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy this magnificent little kloof! We slept peacefully, time slowed down incredibly, and the amazing surrounding mountains contributed to a sense of retreat. Jurgen (host) was also very friendly and helpful but also gave us our space to be away from the people.

A warm friendly welcome from the hosts, and a comfortable stay. Great location to walk about town, or just to sit in the garden and enjoy the view. Hosts went out of their way to show me where to go on maps and make recommendations for restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and went out of there way for us. Exceptional service !

Housed in a Victorian building dating from 1899, Koo Karoo Guest Lodge offers home-style accommodation in the heart of Montagu.

Very good location! A lot of restaurants and some art galleries are in very short walking distance. The room was very nice and very neat! Everything you need is there! The communal kitchen is clean and very well equipped. The host was very welcoming, nice and helpful! And she gave us so much good advise! We enjoyed our stay a lot!
