My God the piece of land where the property is located is impeccable it’s heavenly with all its greenery, trees and landscape. The bungalows are amazingly built, very clean and the privacy is great due to only having just a few scattered bungalows on such a spacious piece of land. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful which was another plus. Gabriel was amazing, very helpful, very friendly and very welcoming. My girlfriend and I would stay there again without question. There’s no food service but there’s everything in the kitchen to make meals and so many restaurants around in the area.

Nestled in the jungle amidst an enchanted botanical garden, 300m from Playa Grande, Wildlife Lodge Cahuita is the perfect getaway for nature lovers. Monkeys, frogs and other wild life right on the property. Looking forward to come back!

Satta Lodge offers you a unique experience in the heart of the Caribbean jungle and 700m from Cocles beach. Loved waking up with nature sounds and be surrounded by nature all the time. The swimming pool and restaurant area is gorgeous and the rooms and also beautiful and well equipped. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful which made our stay great, specially were also super grateful that we were allowed to do a late checkout. Thank you for a perfect stay.

We got an upgrade to a bungalow, and it was a dream. A huge light blue house with several rooms, beautiful ornaments, fans, AC, well equipped kitchen, wonderful wooden furniture, big terrace, free netflix, good wifi. I could not stop taking picutres of the place. The garden is also exceptionally beautiful, with several heliconias, bamboo, a small bridge,... agutis running around, poison dart frogs, many iguanas, birds, there even was a sloth in a tree. Nice pool. very close to playa negra. safe private car park. Friendly owner.

Playa Grande Lodge & Tree House offers pet-friendly accommodation in Cahuita. Puerto Viejo is 16 km from the property. Free WiFi is available throughout. Alberto was a perfect host, and Playa Grande was the most pleasant and comfortable place we stayed during our travels through the country. It felt like a home away from home. We slept so well, the breakfast was always wonderful, and Alberto was so helpful in providing us with tips and information on where to go and what to do. The entire property was beautiful, and our room was so peaceful and pretty. If I ever go back to Costa Rica, I plan to stay here again.
