The boss welcomed us with a drink and looked after us the whole time. The boss met the individual needs of each of us. The breakfasts were plentiful and always with a nice comment about Sri Lankan cuisine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we felt very happy, friendly and safe here.

El Sun and Green Lodge está situado en Dambulla y alberga un jardín. El templo de la Cueva de Dambulla se encuentra a 5 km del alojamiento, mientras que Sigiriya está a 9 km. Hay wifi gratis. No pudimos estar mejor... los dueños son increíbles. Te reciben con un te y una buena charla. El sitio es precioso, con piscina que se agradece, mucha tranquilidad, enfrente puedes parar el bus... Además te dan consejos de donde ir, te ofrecen de llevarte en tuktuk si tienen disponibilidad, son muy amables, simpáticos y agradables. Cenamos un día allí i... brutal! Recomendado! Gayani es una cocinera increíble! Lo repetimos: no pudimos estar mejor!

El Back of Beyond - Pidurangala está situado en medio de un paisaje natural en Sigiriya. La increíble naturaleza alrededor. Sobre todo el estar justo al lado de Sigiriya. Una maravilla.

The lodge had a beautiful and peaceful garden filled with trees, creating a serene atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances, including pots, pans, a gas cooker, fridge, and washing machine. The rooms were also nicely arranged and had everything we needed. The bathroom was well-maintained and clean. Overall, it was the best stay we've ever had.

I give a 10 not for the accommodation, which was really simple, but for the real and raw experience of living a couple of days together with Niro, Umanga and their family. We saw the beautiful sides as their hospitality, the stunning nature, good organic food. But we also saw the struggle and need for financial support as they lost their original land (some photos are still from the old land) and termites are breaking their home. They have good intentions, trying not only to help themselves, but having worked together with the school in the village and helped people build their homes. Right now they need help on their own home. So if you'd like to get to know them and support them, come and check out their place.

A calm, clean, and wonderfully cosy little hotel. Close to the world heritage site - Sigiriya Rock Fortress and pidurangala historical religious site. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and attentive; constantly attempting to ensure guest satisfaction. Food is on a set menu and is absolutely mouthwatering! This little hiding gem truly deserves everyone's attention for all its fabulous services. It is just couple of steps away for bird watching area and the beautiful lake. Free of charge night safari were fantastic and great experience.

El Sigiriya Hillside View Villa se encuentra a 700 metros de la roca de Sigiriya y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, terraza y recepción 24 horas. El lodge sirve un desayuno a la carta todos los días. La ubicación excelente, tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza. Desde la entrada se veían las dos rocas luego de un enorme y hermoso campo de arroz. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama cómoda ,con mosquitero y ventilador. Lo mejor fue la hospitalidad de los dueños, fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotras. Volvería y lo recomiendo ❤️. Me olvidaba el desayuno 🤤 delicioso y súper abundante.
