Arzakan is a very small village and is basically host to a number of resorts, a few small shops and one restaurant that we did not visit. But it is located centrally and is a good place to base out of as you explore the other towns and sites nearby; such as Bjni (a preserved Armenian Church) and a hilltop foretress ruins, Lake Sevan, Dilijan, etc.
