A friendly helpful owner greeted us warmly on our late arrival. The kitchen was closed and there were no nearby restaurants so she baked us ham and cheese croissants while we unpacked our bags. Above and beyond. This quaint Austrian hotel was a wonderful surprise nestled high on a hillside near a historic castle. At our lovely breakfast in the morning the owner came running to our table to alert us of a local band playing and marching up the street right by the hotel. We loved our stay and would recommend it highly!!

Super friendly staff. Felt like visiting a family. We asked if it is possible to change a room having a table so we can play chess in the evening. No problem. With a smile. Asked for a vegetarian meal not on the restaurant menu. No problem. We were treated exceptionally yet not intrusive. Rooms nice. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom clean and modern. Nice walk close to the Danube river. Great experience. Thank you.
