Sven could not have been more helpful in making sure we had a fantastic trip. He organised lockers for our skis and boots at the valley station of the ski lift, and gave us advice on where to rent. He lit an outdoor fire for us in the evenings so that we could enjoy complimentary gluehwein outside. Bedrooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was modern and well equipped.

Really nice spa facilities, new, modern and very clean and well maintained. Great restaurant- whoever wants to stay at this hotel, do not miss do have dinner here. Couldn’t been better arranged, dedicated table for the entire stay, again, super attentive staff, and children friendly.

As we visited for hiking we appreciated having a good breakfast in the morning before our hikes. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
