This hotel is open 24/7, is located directly on the highway rest stop with free parking and more or less borders one of the lakes. It is perfect for people looking for a quick rest on a long drive. There's a convenience store right there too. It is not a fancy hotel by any means, but perfect for what it is advertised for. The staff is very welcoming and nice - I arrived here at midnight and was accommodated very well.

the average style decoration and atmosphere was kind of kitsch/chic but nice and sort of elegant (sometimes erotic).
the SPA area was very nice: the 4 of us were lucky to be lonely enjoying sauna, steam bath and indoor pool with water-jets and massagers (the water wasn't so warm though)

The staff including the owner of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The location is close to lake Wörthersee and if you want to go for walks, the forest is just behind the hotel. Definitely a place to return to.

The hotel is excellent, beautifully furnished, exceptionally large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely balcony right in the heart of Velden.
The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good.
We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip.
Expensive but standard for the location.
We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.
