The hotel is very well placed for travellers crossing the border and for those wanting to explore the wider area. There are plenty of parking places within the hotel's courtyard. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was comfy, though smallish, in an immaculate condition and very clean, with all the necessary accessories. The breakfast was "rich" and tasty. The owners' personal touch and care stand out and this gives a very welcoming ambiance. I shall be visiting again with pleasure.

The manager was phenomenal! She went out of her way to make everything perfect. The breakfast was a work of art and the best I have ever had at a hotel in Austria. The view is incredible, and the beds very comfortable. I cannot recommend this bed and breakfast enough. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Kitzeck!
