The Team on check in and throughout our stay were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Location is great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job each day. We have stayed at other Peppers before and it is nice that the service and hotel qualities are consistent.

Location of the hotel was perfect since it was across the street from tram station. Therefore you could easily get anywhere in the city. The beautiful pool was the main reason I reserved the hotel since Melbourne was having a heat wave during our stay. So all the other features (helpful and friendly staff at check in, beautiful 2 room suite, soak tub, quiet rooms, etc.) were an unexpected bonus!
