The hotel is centrally located. The facilities are good. This was my second stay at the Deniliquin Motel; this time I stayed in an unrenovated room, although all of the furniture was new and was consistent with the renovated rooms so it was quite comfortable. The bathroom was fully renovated, spacious and well-appointed... and the shower was excellent (good water pressure and hot water). I note that it had been a warm Summer's day, and the air conditioning in the room chilled the air perfectly so I could comfortably sleep.
Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa pool and BBQ entertaining area, Riviana Motel offers air-conditioned accommodations, located only 5 minutes’ drive from Deniliquin town center.

Take time to walk around town, I was lucky to be there on a market weekend and I came across he market in Waring Gardens. There are a number of cafes and bakeries - I had breakfast at the Deniliquin Bakery and I can recommend their pastries. There is a mural on the water tower at the corner of Russell Street and Whitelock Street. Deniliquin is a very friendly town.

A really pleasant town.
A really pleasant town. Absolutely fabulous parks along the lagoon - the main town park is exceptional. A compact shopping area with some interesting heritage buildings, especially the imposing courthouse and superb 1876 Presbyterian church. The Depot motoring museum and adjacent 50s style diner were excellent. Riverside walks and the river beach are added attractions. Highly recommended for a two or three day stay.

Always enjoy our trips to Deni especially around ute muster time. Beautiful country town. Lovely townspeople and quick drive to echuca without having to stay in town or in the cluster of Melbourne. Super easy to get around, most places are in walking distance.

I enjoy going to Deniliquin.
I enjoy going to Deniliquin. It is a quiet country town, but it has enough shops to keep us amused. It has a Coles Supermarket and a Bakers Delight next door to each other. There are at least two Clubs where you can get meals and access the Poker Machines if you wish.
We always stop at Mathoura on the way up or back for a meal at their Bowling Club.
There is a delightful Chinese Restaurant that we always have a meal at.
Nice coffee shop in the main street.
A nice park to have a walk in.
It is ideal for a pair of 64 year olds taking a short break

This is a holiday resort worth considering when visiting Deniliquin and I will definitely stay here again for a longer time if it is not booked out. Facilities are comprehensive, very well-maintained and include a riverside playing area. Cabins are immaculately presented and are homely and quiet. Reception staff are professional and made us feel really welcome with their friendly and helpful manner. I only wish I could have stayed for several more days as there is a lot to enjoy at this holiday resort.
Very cosy cottage, great place to stay in Deni! The host greeted us on arrival and showed us around the cottage, he had arranged for complimentary port, a cheese platter and cooked breakfast ingredients, which made our stay even more comfortable! The cottage has everything you need for cooking, and the usual hotel comforts, such as bath robes, spa bath, iron... etc. The main house is also on a river and has a nice seating area for relaxing.
Would highly recommend :)
My first priority was the location. Being at the centre of the CBD this place was ideal. Then came a warm welcome from host Ailin and a friendly chat. My room was spotlessly clean, carefully prepared with little notes of advice for the guest. The whole motel complex had just been painted so everything looked fresh and shiny. The room overlooked a busy road but for me there was no intrusive noise to prevent a good night's sleep.
This is our second stay at Centrepoint Deniliquin and I would have to say the manager and staff are very good and very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent as walking distance to shops and eateries. Room was very clean and the attention to details of the little comfort items is fantastic. Would highly recommend this place.
Hosts were very helpful and flexible. They could answer all of our questions about local services and exceeded all of our requests. Gary and Gen are excellent motel operators and their improvements make this motel a much better place to stay.
The Deniliquin Motel is a beautiful 10 minute stroll from centre of town. Friendly and efficient staff and impeccably clean. Hope to spend more time there in the future and in Deniliquin, which is lovely.
This was a lovely, very clean and comfortable motel.we could not have asked for more especially at that price which I thought was reasonable. It is reasonably close to town.
Very neat and tidy, friendly Manager at front office, comfortable beds and plenty of room size. Close to the Bowling Club and a great Chinese meal at the Deniliquin Bowlo
The best part was that there was a Mitsubishi split system that was so quiet! Not a cheap one as we’ve found at other motels- those ones kept us awake they were so noisy.
Great hospitality. We were made to feel like we were the only ones staying at the hotel.
Rooms were suitable but food and service was out of this world.
