We were here for a concert being held at Qudos bank, not only were we greeted by the bands music being played at the hotel, but exceptionally friendly staff. Once in the room it was clean, with a good view and a fabulous range of tea. And the beds. The beds! Comfiest bed I have slept on in a long time. This establishment obviously prides itself on its presentation and commitment to good service. Also, thank you to the cleaning ladies who helped us work the lift!!

I spent 3 nights at The Urban Hotel.The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable.The restaurant food was beautiful and service was great.My room was serviced each day....unexpected ....and staff were friendly.My husband was a patient in RNS Private,which was only a 450 metre walk across the road.Also undergound secure parking is only $10 per night.This Hotel was recommended by a friend who had been a patient also.Thankyou Urban Hotel,an enjoyable stay.I will pass on recommendations.
