The property and its surroundings were so beautiful. The facilities were excellent and we made good use of the pool and tennis court. John and Nora were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay perfect- which it certainly was!
Everything was nice and clean, breakfast each morning was delicious and John was kind enough to drop us to and from the bus stop. It really felt like home from home.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough and if we’re back in Noosa we will definitely stay here again!

John and Nora are super nice, very responsive before and during the stay, and flexible with our late check-in.
The location is great. Immersed in nature, the terraces face a creek and the forest. Apparently, you can also take a walk in the properties up to a lagoon but we didn't have time to do it.
Also close to wonderful beaches (40min from Noosa).
The Tiny is brand new, spacious, and comfortable with a very well-equipped kitchen, an eco-compost toilet, a spacious shower, and a nice terrace with a weber bbq and the possibility to make a real campfire too.
Almost luxury I would say!
The van is a bit older but still nice. Not very spacious, but still OK for a couple, I think. The shower-toilet is very small but they told me they are going to improve it. Anyway, the van also has a lot of well-equipped space outside, with tables and chairs and the possibility to make a campfire.
The outdoors is shared between Tiny and Van, with a tennis court, an herb garden, and many flowers.
We really enjoyed the quiet in the properties and the strict contact with nature. We had a visit from a beautiful peacock and John and Nora's dog is adorable. At night we relaxed watching the wonderful sky with a very thick milky way, probably the richest I've ever seen!
Our favourite stay in Australia! Relaxing was easy with the rhythmic sounds of nature on this large acreage cottage, overlooking an enormous billabong pond. We loved the comfort of the cottage, and my entire family slept soundly leading to a harmonious stay. The Miele dishwasher and water filter exceeded our expectations to make this a perfect stay. They even have a compost bin and lots of green extras making composting easy.

an amazing getaway house.
an amazing getaway house.
the tranquility is beautiful and the morning sunrise and the afternoon sunsets on either of the decks are amazing.
the amenities are all there plus the kitchen appliances are well above average.
I'd suggest picking up your grocery shopping on the way to the house as it can feel like a long drive back and forth to the local grocery store, but that's really the only thing you need to know.
everything else is just amazing.

We needed a few days away.
We needed a few days away. Kin kin was perfect for our requirements and so handy to explore the surrounding area.
Very quiet and secluded we were happy to just stay put or walk around the beautiful property.
A nice drive to Noosa and Rainbow Beach was lovely.
Absolutely beautiful setting, lovely stylish accommodation, clean and utilitarian in kitchen, bathroom etc. All needs catered for and easy access to local cafes and landmarks - all a short drive away. Car a necessity for this. Hosts were warm and welcoming and very informative. Close to Kin Kin, Pomona and Gympie for restaurants. A wide variety of home cooked meals are available at KinKin General Store and Cafe - including the chance to savor their locally grown coffee.
