Great value motel and excellent location. Facilities are more than adequate for me for a one night stay. Staff lovely. Cleanliness and comfort great. Am returning again in May.
On average, 3-star hotels in Toowoomba cost $95 per night, and 4-star hotels in Toowoomba are $137 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Toowoomba can be found for $169 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
Toowoomba is great. Smaller than the likes of Brisbane city, but bigger than the average country town. I'm a fan, we'll be back.
Toowoomba is very easy to navigate, being mostly laid out in a grid pattern. Easy to walk around the heart of the city for shopping and food.

It’s very diverse, lots of sightseeing, plenty of places to go and eat. The Asian gardens are at their best in spring and autumn as they are my favourite time of year.
Has some great places to go shopping. Once of the main road through town the side streets look pretty with all the jacaranda trees that have been growing for over a hundred plus years.
If you want to see them in full bloom then visit for the yearly flower festival held every spring.

Toowoomba is a great town.
I love the way that it has retained much of it's heritage and feel of being a big country town rather than a city.
Locals are friendly and helpful, streets are wide and parking is easy.
I will be back...

Toowoomba is a beautiful city, especially if you are partial to trees and gardens. In addition to this there is more than enough shopping and some amazing views. Plus the cafe scene is well stocked and bars are all over the place! Certainly worth the trip.

Toowoomba has beautiful gardens, and flowers all around the city.
They still have many of the old architectural building which is a credit to the town. Being central you could walk just about everywhere.

Our last overnight stop before home so did not spend much time there.
Would be an ideal place to stay for the yearly flower festival. Visited the Cobb & Co museum which was very interesting. Nice, very popular cafe inside. Made our own supper with food purchased from the Coles supermarket which was right near the Jacaranda Place Motor Inn. A fast food outlet was situated on the other side of the road, so no need to go hungry.
Location is perfect. Was pleasantly surprised by how modern and large the rooms are. Modern tapware, tv, microwave and fridge. Nice sofa, loads of wardrobe space. Beds are super comfy. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating - allowing us to have an early check in as we were attending a wedding. More than enough parking available. I would definitely stay here again if I travelled to Toowoomba again. It exceeded my expectations and is better than most hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommend.
A lovely hotel virtually next door to Toowoomba Central Plaza so in a great location as well as easy walk to the main street and all the restaurants, pubs and eateries. The hotel is beautifully clean and well maintained. Staff were very polite and called me up the day before just to check on our bedding configuration (travelling with family members) so we couldn't have asked for better service.
The location is fantastic and the hotel offers a little luxury compared to some of the other motels in the area. Walking distance to everything at a reasonable price, great service and all of the amenities you need. In the vicinity of local shopping, theatres, bars and cafes without having to get in the car.
Rooms are nicely self contained and isolated from outside noise. Even though the main road is outside, you can barely hear it! Nestled across the road from the Royal Hotel, it's a wonderful little spot to have a bed for the night after celebrating with friends and family.
We always stay here when visiting Toowoomba because it is modern, clean, well equipped and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and undercover parking is provided. There is a large shopping centre and hotel with good food across the road.
The unit's space, kitchen and bathroom set up meant the grandkids could visit and relax just as if it was our place. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This will always be our first choice for accommodation when visiting Toowoomba.
Well positioned for our stay to visit family. Great restaurant in the hotel across the road. Easy to find. The room also had cooking facilities and a table and four chairs. Bed was comfortable. Parking right to the door.
The location was great, so easy to get too. We travel a lot and you often feel locked in the hotel room. Our room has a lovely view of the Toowoomba Range which made the room so light and airy, it was very relaxing.
The property exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, comfortable, well-appointed - just delightful really. Would be a great place to stay for an extended visit to Toowoomba. Will definitely stay again!
The location was perfect. The hotel is located close to the main road into Toowoomba and has plenty of choises of food outlets close by. The hotel also has its own great restaurant which we enjoyed.
The location was very easy to get to from the CBD, the facilities were neat and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the hot water for the shower was great too. Highly recommend a stay here.
Friendly staff. Motel was accommodating to a special request we needed. Rooms were very clean, couldn't fault anything. Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommended Ruthven Street Motor Inn.
The location was perfect for our stay. Easy walking and driving distance to the main areas of Toowoomba and the lock up garage was a bonus. Hollie was a very caring and helpful host.
All in all we enjoyed our stay at the Leichhardt Motor Inn. Like all motels there is always some niggly little things that could have been better, but overall we did enjoy our stay.
We liked the fact that they had a safe area for dogs to play. The shower was awesome better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Overall a very pleasant stay.
great location, a short walk to the bus station. staff were very friendly, easy instructions and access to hotel. it was quiet and the room had access to netflix
