It's a third generation-owned property. The family takes pride in their business and is attentive to their guests and their experiences. The rooms were comfortable and clean and offered a stocked mini-fridge. The grounds are beautiful and right along a quiet river with well-maintained paths for hiking and cycling. You can drive into La Roche or take a beautiful path through the countryside. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was local, seasonal, and delicious.

Apartment is super clean and perfectly fitted - all possible amenities or tools are available: from any kitchen utensil you can think of (pans, cutlery, sugar, oil, baking paper, etc.) to the cleaning supplies or even a food bowl for a pet. Big and super comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom, lots of shelves, hooks and hangers, where to put your things or hang your clothes.
Located in a very quiet area, everything perfectly reachable on foot, also a TEC bus stop nearby. Apartment is on the ground floor, the hosts live on the first floor, so if any issues - they are always ready to help. Hosts meet you upon arrival, and self check-out makes the things very easy.

Champlon itself has little to offer, but it's located very interesting: less than 30' await from La Roche en Ardennes, Durby, Bastogne, Les Grottes de Hannes, Brewery La Chouffe (must do!).
Champlon has a resort for cross country skiing, must be great if there is snow!
