YUP Hotel, hotel in Diepenbeek

Yup is a unique boutique hotel with an '80s concept and is ideally situated in the city centre next to the main shopping area and the train station.

Cosy, quiet, super comfy bed, good wifi, really good breakfast that in the end I was glad I got. I was there for a conference so all for convenience. I hired a bike using Mobil to get around Hasselt and (as was three days) that was worth every penny. Free coffee/tea available in the lobby all the time which was great.

I am a foot traveler, no car.

I am a foot traveler, no car. I travel by bus train and plane . Never really got to see the village. Bokrijk museum about 7 km away is a terrific place. Getting around is not easy. Thr train station has no facilities. In the middle of nowhere.
