The breakfast was good, although many guests were seen handling food without using the utensils provided. Not a good option given recent pandemic.
The room was very comfortable with 2 opening windows and comfortable bed and good amenities.
Whilst the location was close to the train station it was still a fair distance from "downtown"

it lacks hotel service, rooms were not cleaned daily, no fresh towels daily, closed on sunday to our horror....we didnt know this and came back form Luik and hotel was closed...... no room service and when you go to dinner everyone is in their bathrobe ;-)
its a beautiful spa and with a little attention they can grade up the service to become a hotel. but now its not really a hotel....more like a spa with a few rooms. we told them this in a friendly way and they said we would hear from them but no........
