The very friendly and welcoming owners took good care of us and our stay. We were the only ones at the time, so we had the entire building for ourselves. Many facilities that we could make use of, and everything is very clean. The food they served (on request) was great as well.

Very nice village with magnificent traditional stone houses and building. A lot of hotels, restaurant and other service are available and most are even opened on Sundays. A lot of convenient facilities are offered free of charge in the center of the village : picnic tables, clean public toilets, tourist information center. A lot of outside activities are possible starting from there : road cycling, mountain biking, hiking.

It is a quiet little old town, but not too quiet; beautiful surroundings, with a plethora of views. Nice people, and you can have a good time in a bar or restaurant or go for a long walk in the mountains. Tip: Rallye; a bar and restaurant in one; very nice dinner and beers. If you like 'old' bars; try the OH ROCK, a great mix of people and music (not just rock). Once you're there, make sure you arranged a tour in the CHOUFFE brewery (4 weeks in advance to be sure).
Very cool setting around and love the feel of the hotel, the beds were very comfortable, nice quality of beds and bedding and loved the dining room and breakfast was really a highlight! It is such a welcoming dining area with pristine clean glasses, and marble tables, great variety offered at breakfast. Loved the coffee machine too. Staff is very friendly and helpful and quick to respond via booking and in person! Helpful that they accept dogs too;)
Superb location - perfect for exploring the Ardennes. Just minutes' walk from all shops necessary for self-catering plus a good selection of restaurants and bistros. Apartment very clean and well-appointed in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy, safe parking. Owner M. LeSage very welcoming, helpful and friendly. And for history buffs - there's a Panther tank at the end of the street.......
Nice, lovely, friendly, and flexible staff. Breakfast had self-baked bread, various cheeses and meats, plus three organic jellies. The hotel is spot in the middle of Houffalize, with a parking lot across the road. The hotel is brand new (opened may 2021) and everything was clean, spotless and operational.
Front desk staff and breakfast staff were wonderful and helpful. Of special note, they arranged an early breakfast for us ahead of our hike. Excellent breakfast each morning. Some of the best fresh breads and granola I've had. Hotel is centrally located with plenty of eating and drinking options near by.
The house is located in a quiet place outside of Houffalize. The layout is quite mordern and has an intimate feel. The place had a fully equipped kitchen, games to keep us entertained, a cozy fireplace, a nice patio area and coal barbecue. It's an ideal place to relax out in the country.
We stayed for 1 night in B&B Pittoresque and we enjoyed it very much. Very friendly hostess who brought us to the La Chouffe brewery because we had no transportation (only bikes). Very clean B&B with comfortable beds! I definitely recommend this B&B for a stay in Houffalize!
The apartment is brand new, we were the first guests. Nicely decorated, comfortable and very kind host. Biggest plus is the location, only 50m from the restaurants in town (and still quiet street) and right across the street there's an e-mtb rental place!
Super cleanliness, excellent breakfast, comfortable and pretty interior, and the most accommodating staff I’ve encountered at a hotel since at least 2020. I was pleased to see the river from our room. Also, the parking lot is large and easy to access.
Acceptable modern room (we had the "luxury" room on the top floor) , good wifi,, comfortable bed. We also had dinner in the hotel, which was good home cooking, but nothing gastronomical. Staff is really hard working and do their best.
We had a wonderful stay at this b&b. The hosts put a lot of thought into the design and atmosphere. If you're on a tour of the brasseries in Belgium, or a quiet and comfortable place in the country, book it!
The hotel is very cosy, beautifully renovated with bare wood. Location in the middle of Houffalize. Communication with the host was very good. She responded quickly and adequate. The breakfast was excellent.
They are currently renovating the property and so we were lucky to have newly refurbished room. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and if I were to come back to Houffalize I would stay here.
