It was very quiet and peaceful as well. It is in a reasonable location but we can't say about the surrounding area for any bars/restaurants as we rode to the Menen Gate for the nightly Last Post ceremony.PaulGuernsey

The reception had a vending machine for emergency purchases (snacks and drinks). The hotel in general is rather worn down, but still comfortable and clean.
