We were greeted by a very helpful person at the front desk. We were able to access our room early. The beds were very comfortable and had quality linens.

the family room is enormous, definitely recommend it if you appreciate staying away at arm's length from your fellow travelers. An easy and cheap taxi ride away from the city center and plenty of parking on site.
