For me, the quality of the trip is given by the people I meet and the services they provide. In the past I often stayed at expensive hotels where I was completely put off by the impolite and cold manner of the employees, but this was not the case of Motel One. Everyone was very nice here- reception, bar staff. Everything went smooth and irreproachable. Politeness and gallantry NEVER GO OUT OF STYLE, and an institution's value relies on its staff.
I never choose the same hotel for my travels, but next time I'm in Brussels I shall book Motel One once more.

First, we arrived a little early but were allowed to check in. Filtered water stations are provided as well as coffee machines in the rooms and in the lobby. A restaurant is on site. Staff are helpful and nice.
