Zutendaal is a good place to stay if you like nature and tranquillity. You will be happy there if you want to hike as a pedestrian or with the bike. There are several routes, cards are available at different places of the National Park.

This is a family run hotel that has recently been put in the capable hands of one of the children. The new owner has great ideas but is sensible enough to keep the old fashioned values that have built up over the years. Alterations are being made to upgrade the facilities slowly but surely. I would recommend this hotel especially to cyclists or walkers in the area.

Rooms are a little dated but clean. French windows to the public terrace, could be noisy in summertime. Comfy beds, small fridge, tv with commercial channels. Good food and drinks at the restaurant.

Good location for me to visit historical places and visit SPA circuit. Wooden table and benches at the front of the room, you can open the window and sit there like in balcony.
