The location is great - there is 24 hour store just a few meters away, a pharmacy right around the corner, a food store and drugstore. Town center is 10 minutes away walking as is Grand Mall Varna (and the bus station that is next to the mall).
There is air conditioner in the room and you will use it during summer time.
I've never had to take a cold shower and this is something I feel very strongly about - hot water was readily available!

Room that I was given was actually a studio - very clean, big and good. The heating system was working fine (e.g. it was late autumn and weather outside was a bit cold), bed was comfortable. It had a sofa with TV.
