A pleasant surprise in the "middle of no where". Modern accommodation in the forest, close to the Turkish border. Road is a bit rough and arriving late in the evening you might ,experience difficulties driving. Friendly staff, very helpful with local info, especially about border-crossing procedures. Great for overnight stay before crossing into Turkey.

We liked the design of the rooms and it was clean.

Me and my family visit this property every year. Its good and relaxing experience. - location is perfect - it’s 2 min from the beach by the raft provided from the resort - the quality of the food and the variety was excellent this year. - I tried the spa - the therapist is very good as well. - the water at the south beach is very shallow, so it’s perfect for kids - the value for the money is good, you get what you pay for

Everything was very nice

This is our second stay in the hotel (we visit it last year) and we really like the location and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, when you don't have time to go to the beach with kids. This time the pool was not freezing cold and the kids also manage to use it. There were couple of friendly girls in the restaurant/bar. The room was west oriented and the temperature with AC was really pleasant.

Very good location , clean rooms , confortable beds . Friendly owners . Mom and Pap store kind of service with a friendly attitude! Lots of the veggies comes straight from their garden which is amazing.

The location was beautiful with lovely gardens and loads of trees. Close enough to the beach and town, without the noise. Everything was just about there but....

- the hotel has a private beach, you can go only by walk on a paved road until you descend some stairs, pass the Belvedere umbrellas (Belvedere is another hotel, more expensive than Jeravi, in the group Alexandria). In total its 500-800m, it was ok with a 2 year old, but for those with strollers and small babies, you need to take into consideration the climbing of the stairs with them. The sunbeds are not few, but not too many, it depends on your luck. We found a set of 2 every day when we arrived at around 10-11am. - the food was like in other 4 stars hotel of all inclusive, nothing to complain about, except some lasagna which was not good for my stomach. They also have around 3 types of food choice for vegetarian/on diet people. The drinks are a bit better quality than other that I had in other hotels. - the sunbeds on the pool were somewhat sufficient, we found a set of 2 at 4-5pm every day. - the area is quite nice and calm, after the party (disco every night of the hotel) finishes around 23.00 it is absolutely quiet. The noise from the party is not that loud, depending on what you are used to and if you close the window, you don't hear anything. This is the adult night entertainment they have, it's at the bar in the garden. They have another bar in the lobby. - I liked that I didn't hear noise from the other rooms at all. - the room was clean, with a mini-fridge working properly, the towels were changed daily. - they have a pretty nice size backgarden which connects the fun area of the kids with the back of the parking, where there is a stage setup for kids entertainment every evening. They only talk in Bulgarian, German and I guess Polish. - there is a small room for entertainment in the hotel, but it's kind of empty. - the pool was nice and clean, it would have been better to be a bit warmer, but it was bearable. - the city center with all kind of entertaining machines is around 1km by foot or car.
