It was easy to get an Uber to go to the pier from which we got a boat to Ilha Grande. The hotel's location is quiet, a little bit off the hustle and bustle of downtown Angra. Good parking space.

Fantastic modern architecture with the property cascading down the hill to flatten out with the pool area, bar and a system of decks suspended over the water. Walk into a calm sea and swim right from there. Super friendly owner, who arranged for a private boat tour around Ilha Grande on a short notice. Nice breakfast.
