Venacio Aires advertises itself as the capital for chimarrao but the hotel was the only place in town that could introduce the drink to newcomers like us. Regina showed us one way to make it and provided us a wonderful place to enjoy the drink. Well done!

Second time staying here and all went well. Staff is very friendly, it is family owned, so you kind feel like home, although it is full of one night stays for work purposes.
