It as a modern, new apartment. We received the keys from the owner, but when it came time to hand in the keys, we didn't have the lockbox number, and my phone died, so we left the keys one the counter. We couldn't lock on leaving, but it was safe. Excellent location. Lots of potential. We were disappointed, there was no coffee machine or coffee (Keurig), Tea. Very limited utilities. No TV as far as we knew, but we enjoyed Netflix. A "manual" would help. There was also no way to control the temp, it was a bit to cool fro us. Perhaps a fireplace cabinet would brighten up and warm the place. Location was perfect, a few blocks from my mother, who we were visiting. Bathroom amenities were good, nice towels, etc.

The location was excellent. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to walk the trail by the house. The room was sufficient and clean, the bed was comfortable. The room has a bar fridge and microwave as well.

Aurora is an easy commute to the Toronto and many neighbouring communities either by train bus or car . Has all the amenities you would need for a stay. As for entertainment there is not destination attractions ,but as I said you are close to commute to it is a good base def if you have a car.
