I liked the swimming pool, small water slide and hot tub.
I liked the swimming pool, small water slide and hot tub. The hotel is near A&W and Dairy Queen and has free coffee. Cardston is a short drive (40mins) from Waterton National Park and the hotel affordable.

Lots of rich Mormons with a big white temple on First Nation...
Lots of rich Mormons with a big white temple on First Nation ground. Lots of drug addicts on the Main Street. Seems like the Natives don’t really get integrated but I was asked a lot of questions by the Mormon missionaries when I bought gas. Strange place.

Quiet little prairie town close to Waterton National Park. Very good buffet for dinner at Cobblestone Manor. Limited breakfast options but a good Canadian breakfast at A & W. Large grocery store nearby. Visit to the Cardston LDS temple very nice.

Golf course is great.
Golf course is great. Be prepared to supply your own alcoholic beverages as there is nowhere to purchase them. This definitely hurts the food service industry in town as there is no place outside of a fast food establishment to get a sit down meal. This has a ripple effect as I’ve heard over and over that travellers would rather push on to another town than stay in Cardston, because of that.VernaCanada

There was fresh fruit every morning for breakfast, what a treat! Room was clean, smelled nice, a little outdated, but I know they are updating them all, and we were only there to sleep! Again, we so enjoyed our stay...and like the sign said out front, "Leave like family"...we definitely felt that way! Will stay there on your next visit to Cardston!

Pool area was clean and had longer hours then most hotels. We stayed on the bottom floor and there was a bathroom in the hallway, which was ideal because we were traveling with a group of 4 girls. So the extra toilet and sink were useful to us. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Great location, short walk to stores and eateries.

The hotel manager is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the family suite and its wonderful. Breakfast was also lovely and Bear, their cute pup is extremely adorable.
