The staff and management was above and beyond. They understood that us being charged for 2 rooms when we only stayed in one room was wrong and looked into it twice and help solve the issue without making us look dumb. We also forgot toothpaste and they gave us the items for free. I felt at home. We will definitely be back at this location soon!

That we had a loft with each bed on different level, beds were comfy, full size fridge, staff was nice, emptied the garbage every day, we had two bathrooms. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room with more space.

Recently updated and still parts being updated. Good breakfast. Pool access convoluted and not as clean as it should be but pool itself and immediate area just fine.

Hinton is always a perfect stop when travelling to visit our family in Alberta. The view of the mountains both coming and going is absolutely beautiful. Accommodation is reasonable in price, and lots of good places to eat. We had supper at Smitty's and the food was excellent and portions very generous. It is very easy to get around.

Hinton is a great place to stay for good hotels with reasonable price. Didn't get chance to explore anything in particular in Hinton. There was a a travel of 45-50 min involved to visit places nearby Jasper so keep aside 2 hours for the day if you are staying in Hinton.

Hinton was just an affordable rest stop before we spent the day in jasper. The town was quite peaceful and surrounded by mountains and hills. It was a spectacular morning view. there were many restaurants open which provided us with good breakfast options. It is a bit far away from Jasper, about an hour's drive. That was the only downfall of this town.

Hinton is best if you want to save some money for overnight stay, visiting the Park and mountains further west, also you can get all things from the store there, good choice of restaurants, the only negative is the factory in Hinton that spews some kind of terrible pollutant that is very intense if the wind is not taking that away from the town, one can smell it feel it.
Pines Motel is amazing! We didn't realize there is a timezone difference between B.C and Alberta. As such, we were going to arrive one hour late to check-in. After we called, the owner stayed late to check us in and was super friendly.
The room was very clean. It was cleaner than the chain hotels I usually stay at.
Driving into Jasper, I got to see the amazing view everyday.
I highly recommend Pines motel for the friendly and exceptional staff and cleanliness.
Very clean room, comfy bed. AC worked awesome (as someone who likes a chilly room) staff were very nice & even printed my park pass for me that I forgot at home. We were spending the weekend in Jasper, and the cheapest hotel we could find there would have set us back $900! We spent two nights at Twin Pine in a king room & spent just under $130! Amazing value.
Bathroom was very nice & updated, with large shower.
The price is great for the room that you get. Staff is very nice and friendly, they helped me to resolve an issue with booking and also landed me some stuff I've forgotten at home. Room was clean and cozy, most important to our family was no smell of cigarettes, or any bad smells in the room.
This was my first time staying in this hotel and will definitely come back other time!
It's one of the few hotels in Canada that has regularly sizes toiletries. The sheets were really soft and silky with 4 fluffy pillows on each bed. One of the few hotels that has very friendly and accommodating staff despite having lots of clients checking in/out at the same time. Bath towels were white, soft and thick as well.
The rooms were clean and comfortable with all required amenities provided. The breakfast buffet was large with many options. The location is close enough to drive to Jasper National Park. Pool, gym and laundry room can be used free of charge. There are many restaurants and stores in Hinton.
Eden, Hailey and Dakota were amazing. Fantastic team members that took customer service to a new level. The cleanest inn I have ever seen.
I also loved that the beds had their own rooms, I wish all hotels and motels did this.
That we had a loft with each bed on different level, beds were comfy, full size fridge, staff was nice, emptied the garbage every day, we had two bathrooms. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room with more space.
We have stayed at the Hinton Lodge several times in the past but this was the busiest. Even though the hotel was very busy for thanksgiving, the staff were very patient and tried their best to maintain pandemic measures.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at your hotel again when travelling through Hinton. Fabulous stay😊I would highly recommend.
Super cute room in a very good location from Safeway and Walmart. Staff was very friendly and very informative when checking in. I love that it was really close to Jasper National Park.
