    Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were there on Canada Day, so many shopping places were closed, but the hotel told us about nearby places to eat. We ate at Dino's in Ingersoll. Very good meal. They had a good variety of foods and some interesting ways to prepare some traditional dishes. No one will ever walk away hungry! The big antique mall in Woodstock (close by) was open and we spent hours there. It was easy to get around and the countryside was very pretty.

Great comfortable newly renovated rooms with great parking...

Great comfortable newly renovated rooms with great parking and close by amenities- beside Tim Horton and close to the 401. Be prepared for an apartment building feeling as there are many long term residents sharing the building as well. Seems like a good opportunity in the area for more furnished apartments to be built.

We were there for the funeral in Aylmer of a beloved family...

We were there for the funeral in Aylmer of a beloved family member, so we didn't explore Ingersoll at all, and truly know nothing about it -- excepte for the excellent accommodations we found there. It was worth the half hour drive to Aylmer just to stay there.

No water over 2 days staff was very rude tried to pay at the desk multiple times but the woman continued to ask me ti come back as she was busy and when I tried the water after it turned on she called and came up trying to get in the room while i was in the shower freaking out about a payment I tried to make 4 times. She then told me i was on camera outside while i was in the shower. After she took my payment she said i was rude and didn’t have to stay there. At 11pm. I booked another hotel and ley

The breakfast had a lovely selection of pre-packaged pastries, as well as bagels, etc. I appreciated the flavoured and plain cream cheese, and the pre-packaged boiled eggs. The coffee was surprisingly good. There were newspapers available in the breakfast room for some light reading. We did have to bring the food back to our room, as the hotel was undergoing renovations and they were using a former hotel room as a breakfast room.

Easily, the best place we’ve stayed at on booking.com. Top-tier hospitality; shower eucalyptus melts, charcuterie, drinks, snacks, linens, flashlights, travel advice, speakers, diffuser, robes. The attention to detail was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. Seamless check-in and completely spotless. This truly felt like a home away from home — even better actually haha. Thank you so much for having us.

After looking at the 6.5 review, we were a little bit worried but this hotel totally exceeded our expectations. Beautiful lobby, spacious room, king bed extremely comfortable, very clean, very close to the 401. Staff extremely professional and friendly. Very good breakfast (Linda was attending the breakfast this morning and she was extremely nice).

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so it was hard to get a full picture of what it will be like, but we were really pleased with our room. It is very beautifully designed and was very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast selection was fantastic as well.

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was nicely updated. The breakfast area was large, very clean and had lots of choices. For a hotel that had construction going on, you don't notice it, except for the exterior. Staff was very attentive.

I accidently made the res. for Ingersoll. The actual reservation I wanted was in Goderich. I mean go figure. Anyway, the Goderich employees were excellent and my error was corrected and the stay was super. Thanks again.
