As I mentioned in my countless emails and calls to Best...
As I mentioned in my countless emails and calls to Best Western Milton and Booking.com, I made an error when booking a hotel room for my Dad, and he actually needed me to book at a different Best Western. I called the hotel and booking.com within 5 minutes of booking, before any card was even charged, and no one was able to give me grace and cancel my booking. I know there are policies in place, but when someone makes a mistake like this and tries to fixit right away, there should be a grace period, especially since my card had not even been charged yet. Best Western Milton had horrible customer service. They said if Booking.com would refund them, the would refund me. Booking.com said the same thing about Best Western. Therefore, I know it was possible to cancel my booking but no one did. After I wrote a bad review of Best Western they called me and told me they would look into it, and if they couldn’t refund me they would give me a credit. I deleted my review and then the ghosted me. They would no return my call or emails or even respond to me to give me the credit the promised (in writing). Bad experience. Bad customer service. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and a delight to deal with with comfortable beds and the restaurant has a good menu for munchies and tasty drinks. We were travelling so did not get a chance to see the Milton sites but it is definitely worth going to Goodfellas Italian restaurant with a wood oven pizza. So good.
