The hotel definitely needs to better train thier staff. I asked the receptionist to call my friend to go downstairs to eat breakfast. She said their phone system is down. I said can you ask one of the staff to knock the door for me. She said"you can knock the door yourself". I don't know what to say....Also, when i ate breakfast, I asked some milk and they said they run out of milk. I cannot believe that a big chain hotel like this does not have any milk.
What a great place! We ended up staying 1 nights here due to bad weather heading to Brandon and it was wonderful! There is a bar and sushi restaurant with a great menu on premises and the rooms. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel itself it within walking distance of anything you need in town too. Great place, I'd definitely recommend it!

The hotel is nice and has all the basic amenities. Although the breakfast in not included, but still good and enough for you to stay. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and if you drive, it's okay to look around all place. Of course, all the staff were all very nice!
We have a big accident before we go to the hotel. Our car was broken and I told the hotel we can’t visited. I hope cancer the room. But the hotel refused very unkindly. This is the second time for me to book this hotel. I'm so disappointed. I will never book this hotel again.
We were not expecting breakfast with COVID still looming, but they had their breakfast nook open. There were limited options but it was still more then the bagged to-go breakfast that some other hotels were doing. The rooms are really clean and modern!
Location, pet friendly, parking with a trailer, outside entrance, comfortable bed, room temperature just right, very quiet and the complimentary breakfast outstanding.
The room was great! It was clean and European style, and made it feel spacious. I would absolutely recommend a stay at your location in Moosomin, SK 🇨🇦
