The facility was clean, cozy and felt very inviting. The view was spectacular. Read that the staircase wasn't very user friendly. Both my wife and I had no issue. Coffee pot, fridge, stove, nuker and wifi password provided. The gal running the establishment was very pleasant. Beach access was great and a number of eateries within walking distance. Over all a very good experience.

The location was perfect because it was right off the water. The place had great facilities and it was succeptionally clean... The only issue I had was that the bed upstairs was just too hard for my back

We made a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate us arriving out of their normal check in time! Super friendly staff when we arrived and even offered advice on some places to check out in the area! Would definitely stay again. Great view, cozy rooms, little seating area to view the ocean from outside. Walking distance to lots!

Each morning the breakfast was personalized to what I would like to eat. The hostess, Lada, is a very good cook. The couple that host guests are friendly and welcoming. We had many interesting conversations.
If you don’t mind walking uphill for a ways, everything is within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive.
Walking along the beach each day was relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this B & B.

Very nice, even during the winter months if you are okay with cooler temperatures, grey skies and rainy weather. The beach and town areas are clean. Various wildlife and sea life can be viewed with binoculars with lots of trails and points of interest being nearby or a short drive away. Qualicum area is nice to visit during the winter as the shoulder season is not busy with tourists.

This is a nice village that still has a small town feel.
This is a nice village that still has a small town feel. Lots of retirees. A nice local market that runs year round. Beautiful views out to the ocean. Great walking town, as the road is not steep up to the actual town from the beach.

Stayed overnight only.
Stayed overnight only. Didn’t have time to explore and discover Qualicum Beach. Our stay at the Sand Pebbles Inn was great. Old hotel and outdated room with microwave, small fridge, big table and chairs, big tv, small renovated bathroom with great big shower, nicely folded and presented towels, nice shower toiletry, great big balcony. Fantastic views from our room. Would stay again.

Beautiful miles of beach, peaceful away from the main road that goes along the beach (cars, motorcycles, big trucks go by loudly 24/7). Small town easy to get around, quaint shops, nice cafes, good choice of restaurants (sushi esp). Very friendly people everywhere, all with a relaxed vibe. Not the place to party or for night-life but not a boring family/older vibe either. Grab a lounger, sit back, take a deep breath, smell the ocean and RELAX.

The rooms were very nice , but ..... we stayed on a sun and mon. Sun eve there were people there ,but after that. There was no one around. Couldn't get ice , or assistance.
Not what I was expecting for 300. Dollars a night.
Sorry. But could have an ice machine and a machine for snacks.
Thanks.
the location was excellent, pool and hot tub were lovely and the gym was great - all exceptionally clean.
Our room was right beside the restaurant and the sliding door was exceptionally soundproof - I was so impressed as I’m a very light sleeper and was quite worried!
The restaurant is gorgeous and the food was absolutely fantastic.
The best thing about our stay was the staff - literally all of them - servers, bartenders, front desk - exceptional. Thanks to all of you! I’ve already booked a second stay.
Everything was top quality and amazing value for price. Best breakfast ever and wonderful conversations with hosts. Room and bed great, coffee machine and small fridge in room. Recent renovation in beautiful home with pool. Location beside qualicum beach. They made us reservations at a great restaurant for dinner. Our entire stay was special adding a great memory to our trip to Vancouver island. Highly recommend.
Amazing 180 view of the ocean. Excellent location with water front parks and nice water front long walk path. Renovated room. Comfortable bed. Lot of comfortable pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a very good Chinese and Canadian food restaurant next door. A food truck next to the property as well with excellent burger options. Very quiet peaceful and relax experience. Thank you Sand Pebbles Inn.
Excellent location and beautiful views! Has everything you need in the kitchen. Excellent shower and pressure. Comfy bed and the ocean acts as the best natural white noise so we slept SO well! Loved the views and the accommodation was quiet and peaceful. Has a fan and we were there in a heatwave and the fan kept us cool enough. Nice to have a balcony and the views are honestly spectacular
Hans and Tanis are the hosts of this beautiful property and were as sweet, welcoming and helpful as 3 years ago. Qualicum Beach is a beautiful sea side village and the wonderful house of Hans and Tanis, with the beautiful garden provide an oasis of tranquility. We surely will come back. Thank you so much. You are special people.
The location was perfect for visiting this part of the coastline as well as being in close proximity to the village of Qualicum Beach.
We greatly enjoyed chatting with the hosts who gave us lots of useful local knowledge and tips on how to take advantage of all the things available close by.
Fantastic location next to Heritage Forest and overlooking Memorial Golf Course. 5 minute walk to the beach. Hotel is old, so if you are expecting a pool and room service, book a different hotel. Staff are fantastic. Very quite hotel.
There was no breakfast. We had a wonderful kitchen with everything we needed to make our own breakfast. On our way to the hotel we picked up some groceries so it worked out well.
Excellent breakfast choices, and very well prepared using the freshest ingredients. excellent location close to beaches and the Qualicum Beach "high-street".
The room was clean and comfortable and the robe was amazing.
Dinner was okay, but breakfast was really good.
