There is not much in the way of accommodations in Sherbrooke...
There is not much in the way of accommodations in Sherbrooke. We went there to go to the Heritage Village which is very interesting. A lot of the exhibits were closed due to it being mid September when we were there and if was mid afternoon. I would recommend if you are coming for more than a day you book a room at the Village Inn.

The Village was full of friendly people and historic buildings. Very interesting afternoon! The restaurant onsite bakes wonderful bread. I especially enjoyed the “tea party” and learning how to make linen.
The Salmon Museum was just down the road next to a trail and across from a picnic area on the river.
I have stayed at the Sherbrooke Village Inn on a number of occasions and find the rooms well kept and comfortable, lots of towels and supplies, very clean and inviting. It's a bonus to have a full breakfast included in the price of the room and the meals are homemade and delicious. Staff are very accommodating when checking in late.
