My Microwave stopped working and after letting management know, I had a replacement in less than 10min, that same day my wife and I went out and by the time we got back to the hotel the hotel Buffet restaurant was just closing up but the manager was nice to let me take whatever food I wanted and charge me a fraction of what the price was, thank you management
