We had a stunning view of the glaciers and all the furniture was so comfortable. The location is quite literally unbeatable by about 100 miles - there is nothing else in the vicinity! You'd have to drive over an hour in either direction to reach something else. The hotel also had the tastiest water I've ever drank due to the glaciers, and an amazing tea selection.KavyaUnited States

The comfy & relaxing Guest lounge over looks the glaciers, and the view is stunning. It has complimentary tea & coffee, plus a generous charcuterie food & drink reception each evening. The hotels glacier location is lovely & quiet once the coach day trippers have gone home for the day. It’s also an excellent location for clear skies & star gazing !

The views are stunning and it makes perfect sense to book here for the Rockies trip as this location sits between Banff and Jasper - right at the centre!! The toiletries provided are of top notch quality as well as the linen provided. It did help a lot that we arrived on a sunny day. Staying here puts you at the perfect spot for an excursion up the glacier and the Skywalk. Rooms are modern with a nice layout, beds are soft and comfortable, other room amenities are on par.ClaudetteONetherlands

The staff, especially the two girls who dealt with us were beyond amazing given the huge issues the hotel faced these women were able to really accomodate and assist us and the other guests with issues around TV not working and no hot water. The rooms were really lovely too and beds comfortable

They serve complementary delicatessen and cheese boards in the common area for the guests. There is only one restaurant in the hotel (and in the surroundings) and it is pretty good considering you are in the middle of nowhere.

The dining room was just excellent, the food was amazing and the chef came around twice to check on us, he showed such great love and passion for his work it was infectious.

The view was spectacular and the hotel reception was beautiful with a floor to ceiling window. They also had a cocktail reception every evening we were there. Every afternoon from 5 to 7 the hotel is arranging a welcome cocktail with all kinds of cheese and cold meats which is great.
